welcome to my attitude
the line of code is shifting
sun has gelled ahead of the instinctual spun clouds
a meal of pollen from these floodlit bees adds timbre
to the guest list
as a coaster quest of afternoon, of aftermath,
of swift sunshine sessioning the jam of
frost as it partakes of altar cloth
within the pinched young city of our aptness
go ahead and happen in my sleep
I supplicate your floodlights when I'm piercing
sanity and flesh from vantage points of beautiful
brown eyesight in a newly fashioned wilderness
beside these first-hand breaths
if this were an original of winter I would sweep out
my harmonica and sandwich in a solstice melody
free-pour repartee to patch these sylph-like figurines
thereby postpone unwanted habits to another
lifetime in which genuflection seems a hobby
where each pinch of silver casts aside the
leverage
wedged between hypotenuse and shoot-young green
