Enormous this how
I am in hand until back in room
And the black everything was as I’d left it
Midnight pots held dead ferns
And torn a washing machine
With shirts and towels
Plastic chairs
In the background more dark
Flush windows between
And take off the sky closed rain
Was a dismal sight far in the distance
Of hope would carry me to those peaks
Was playing waltzes these said
He went on to recite the lyrics
Showed a procession of heads
Crowds this lovely gliding
More precise more disturbing
The windows I moved to an armchair
I dozed and dreamed the life I lived
